The full papers submitted to LIDAR & RADAR 2011 will be peer-reviewed by the members from the Scientific Committee and external reviewers. The papers with acceptable quality will be included in a post-conference SPIE Proceeding Volume (EI-indexed). The Proceedings will be published and distributed in print with a SPIE yellow and black soft cover and online as part of SPIE Digital Library on or about 15 November 2011.
